All Sales Are Final (Mostly)

Because many of our items are made to order, limited edition, or handmade, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said — if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the issue
  • Email: smutpop@icloud.com

If approved, we’ll offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (your choice, when possible)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Digital downloads
  • Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs
